This service is not meant to replace you existing mental health service with your established provider. Sometimes things happen and individuals are unable to get their prescriptions on time. This service is there for such situations to offer that bridge service.
Legally, you need an appointment with a provider before getting a prescription refill. This can be done via phone or video chat. If the provider finds you are eligible for a prescription, the prescription will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.
Yes, we do under certain conditions. Proof of currently taking the medication within the past month required. No new starts. Proof of current lab work to monitor levels if requesting more than a 30-day supply required.

Medicinal Marijuana Evaluations
This evaluation is to get approved for a medicinal marijuana certificate.
We are currently doing evaluations for the state of New York. More States to come in the near future.
You must be 18 years of age and a legal resident of New York. Clients under age 18, or those not capable of providing informed consent must have a caregiver. Registered caregivers must be at least 21 years of age. Registered caregivers must also apply for a NY medicinal marijuana certificate.
New York does not have a list of qualifying conditions. It is up to your healthcare provider to decide if medical marijuana may help you live a better quality of life.
You will need to speak to a licensed provider to get approved. Once approved, you will receive your certification which you will take with your government-issued ID to the dispensary to purchase medical marijuana products. The State of New York no longer sends out physical medical marijuana cards.

Emotional Support Animal Letters
Emotional support animals are most commonly cats and dogs. However, any animal can be an emotional support animal. These animals provide emotional support for individuals with emotional and mental health issues through their mere presence.
You must have an Emotional Support Animal Letter (ESA) from a licensed mental health professional.
You must have a psychological or mental health condition diagnosed by a licensed professional for which your animal provides comfort and support.
An ESA must be able to alleviate at least one symptom of your mental or emotional disorder.
Service dogs must receive specifical training whereas emotional support dogs provide companionship and support through their mere presence.
