General Questions
This is a telehealth-based practice. All appointments are conducted via secure video for your convenience. In certain situations, in-person visits may be required based on state or federal regulations. If applicable, this will be discussed with you in advance.
This practice works with adults only seeking treatment for ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
Services include psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management with supportive care. This practice does not provide therapy-only services without a medication component.

Getting Started
The first step is to complete the contact form or reach out directly. A brief consultation call is required prior to scheduling your initial appointment to
determine fit and discuss next steps.
Most new clients are scheduled within 1–2 weeks, depending on availability.
To help streamline the process, please include:
- Your insurance (commercial, Medicare, or self-pay)
- Your reason for seeking care (briefly)
- A few preferred days/times for a call
Appointment and Availability
By appointment only
Monday–Friday: includes evening availability
Saturday: morning appointments
- Initial evaluations are typically 60 minutes or longer to allow for a comprehensive assessment
- Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes and focused on medication management and progress
Frequency varies based on individual needs, but follow-up appointments are typically scheduled regularly to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.

Yes. This practice is in-network with:
- Aetna
- United Healthcare/UMR/Oxford
- Cigna/Evernorth
- MVP
- Northwell Direct
- Medicare
Yes. Self-pay options are available for those who prefer not to use insurance. Please reach out for pricing.
This practice does not currently accept Medicaid plans.
Treatment Approach
Yes. Medication management is a core component of care when clinically appropriate. All prescribing decisions are made collaboratively and based on your individual needs.
Supportive care and practical strategies are incorporated into appointments. However, this practice does not provide weekly, long-term therapy as a standalone service.
Yes. Many clients continue working with their therapist while receiving medication management through this practice.
Policies and Expectations
No. This practice provides outpatient psychiatric care only. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Documentation may be provided when clinically appropriate as part of ongoing treatment. This practice does not offer documentation-only services.

Medication Management Services
Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Insomnia, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia.
The same day you meet with a provider if approved. Medication(s) will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.
What medications are not prescribed? MAOIs (ex. Parnate, Nardil, Marplan) and Clozapine. No new starts for Xanax.
Zoloft, Lexapro, Prozac, Celexa, Paxil, Effexor XR, Cymbalta, Wellbutrin, Mirtazapine, Trazodone, Buspirone, Abilify, Latuda, Lamictal etc.
At this time, we do not.
It depends on each individual case. Some individuals may need to be seen monthly and others every two or three months. This is a decision between the individual and prescriber.
Currently, we are only seeing adult clients.
We only offer brief supportive therapy during medication management. For all other therapy needs, we can refer you to a psychotherapist.
Online Prescription Renewal Services
Individuals who already have a prescription need a refill.
Adderall, Xanax, Clozapine.
Unfortunately, we do not offer new starts to medications.
This service is not meant to replace you existing mental health service with your established provider. Sometimes things happen and individuals are unable to get their prescriptions on time. This service is there for such situations to offer that bridge service.
Legally, you need an appointment with a provider before getting a prescription refill. This can be done via phone or video chat. If the provider finds you are eligible for a prescription, the prescription will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.
Yes, we do under certain conditions. Proof of currently taking the medication within the past month required. No new starts. Proof of current lab work to monitor levels if requesting more than a 30-day supply required.
Yes, we can for non-controlled medications.
Medicinal Marijuana Evaluations
This evaluation is to get approved for a medicinal marijuana certificate.
We are currently doing evaluations for the state of New York. More States to come in the near future.
You must be 18 years of age and a legal resident of New York. Clients under age 18, or those not capable of providing informed consent must have a caregiver. Registered caregivers must be at least 21 years of age. Registered caregivers must also apply for a NY medicinal marijuana certificate.
New York does not have a list of qualifying conditions. It is up to your healthcare provider to decide if medical marijuana may help you live a better quality of life.
You will need to speak to a licensed provider to get approved. Once approved, you will receive your certification which you will take with your government-issued ID to the dispensary to purchase medical marijuana products. The State of New York no longer sends out physical medical marijuana cards.

If approved, you will receive your certificate the same day.
No. There is no medical marijuana reciprocity.
Yes, New York law provides employment protections for medical marijuana cardholders prohibiting employers from discriminating against employees based on their status of using medicinal marijuana.
Emotional Support Animal Letters
Emotional support animals are most commonly cats and dogs. However, any animal can be an emotional support animal. These animals provide emotional support for individuals with emotional and mental health issues through their mere presence.
You must have an Emotional Support Animal Letter (ESA) from a licensed mental health professional.
You must have a psychological or mental health condition diagnosed by a licensed professional for which your animal provides comfort and support.
An ESA must be able to alleviate at least one symptom of your mental or emotional disorder.
Service dogs must receive specifical training whereas emotional support dogs provide companionship and support through their mere presence.
