This service is right for you if:
- You are out of refills or your prescription has expired
- You have taken your medication within the last month
- You are not suicidal nor having suicidal ideation
- You are not currently in a manic or depressive episode
- You have not used an MAO Inhibitor in the past 14 days
- You do not have kidney, liver, or heart disease
- You do not have an abnormal electrocardiograph or EKG
- You do not have a history of leukopenia/neutropenia
- You do not have dementia-related psychosis
- You do not have a seizure disorder
- You are not taking a blood thinner
- You are not pregnant
What you will need to get a prescription:
- A photo or screenshot of your most recent prescription. If unable to provide, we would need the name and phone number of a US based pharmacy to verify your prescription.
- The name, address, and phone number of the pharmacy where you would want your prescription(s) sent
- A photo or screenshot of your lab work results from within the past 6 months if you are requesting more than a 30-day supply of either Lithium or Depakote.
- A photo ID, Driver’s license, or passport if we need additional information to verify your identity
- 5 minutes to complete a brief questionnaire
